Molly Dunham, owner of Doula It With Love, accepts Medicaid/Fidelis for prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum services! All NYS Medicaid members are eligible to receive doula services during pregnancy and up to 12 months postpartum, regardless of your pregnancy outcome.
As a Medicaid/Fidelis member, you are able to receive up to 8 pre/postnatal visits and continuous support during labor and birth.
In order for us to provide our services to you through Medicaid/Fidelis, we will need a recommendation letter from a licensed practitioner and your insurance information. We have forms that we will provide to you if you choose to pick us to be part of your journey!

Medicaid/Fidelis Packages
We offer a few different types of packages for Medicaid/Fidelis members. They are different from our regular packages as we have a limited amount of visits during our time together.
Birth Packages
Package 1: 4 prenatal visits (1 hour each), continuous labor and delivery support, and 4 postpartum visits (1 hour each).
Package 2: 3 prenatal visits (1 hour each), continuous labor and delivery support, and 5 postpartum visits (1 hour each).
Package 3: 2 prenatal visits (1 hour each), continuous labor and delivery support, and 6 postpartum visits (1 hour each).
Postpartum Packages
Package 1: 1 prenatal visit and 7 postpartum daytime visits between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday-Friday. The prenatal visit will be 1 hour in length. Each postpartum visit will be 3 hours in length. The days per week, per how many weeks, will be discussed during our free 30 minute consultation.
Package 2: 8 postpartum daytime visits between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday-Friday. Each postpartum visit will be 3 hours in length. The days per week, per how many weeks, will be discussed during our free 30 minute consultation.
Package 3: 1 prenatal visit and 7 postpartum overnight visits between the hours of 9pm and 7am Monday-Friday. The prenatal visit will be 1 hour in length. Each postpartum visit will be 3 hours in length. The days per week, per how many weeks, will be discussed during our free 30 minute consultation.
Package 4: 8 postpartum overnight visits between the hours of 9pm and 7am Monday-Friday. Each postpartum visit will be 3 hours in length. The days per week, per how many weeks, will be discussed during our free 30 minute consultation.
